Ciranova®, a Debal Coatings label, was established in 1929 by Mr Ludo Swolfs. Due to lack of succession, the company was sold to Pattyn Vernissen in 1987. In 2005, Debal Coatings, a producer of industrial woodcoatings took over Pattyn Vernissen. In 2006, all activities were brought together in a new industrial complex at Roeselare.
